I predict that the boy will not steel anymore, but he will work his way to getting money. He will also go out and buy the new pair of shoes using the money the large woman gave him. He will realize that steeling is dumb ad there are other ways to get money. He will use this lesson and maybe be a good example around his own home, since it seems that he has a weird family. The boy will probably see the large lady in the street again in some point of his life and thank her for what she has influenced on him in his life.
